Biography
Deji Nehan is a UK auction and bridging finance specialist with over 15 years of experience in property investment, financial services and complex deal structuring. As the founder of Auction360, he has built one of the UK’s most investor-aligned platforms for auction finance, bridging loans, development funding and commercial mortgages.
He began investing in property in 2007, gaining first-hand experience of auction purchases, refurbishment projects and portfolio building. In 2011 he entered financial services, working with major UK institutions including Barclays Wealth, Santander and Lloyds Banking Group.
He qualified as a mortgage adviser in 2008 and moved full-time into mortgage brokerage in September 2018, specialising in bridging, auction finance and complex deal structuring. In May 2024 he founded Auction360. In 2025 he published Auction Demystified — Unlocking Auction Success, and in June 2026 he launched the Auction360 Podcast.
