SVA Property Auctions was established in January 1999 as Scotland’s only locally based firm of property auctioneers. Since then we have held a regular programme of auctions, usually 5 or 6 per year, from venues in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The auctions offer both commercial and residential property as well as land, together with other development opportunities, all located throughout Scotland.
